Using Wisdom Panel, Kindred’s DNA has been tested against the world’s largest panel of dog genetic health checks. Kindred is DNA CLEAR for 267 of 267 health conditions based on results from the Wisdom Panel tests.

Using Wisdom Panel, Journee’s DNA has been tested against the world’s largest panel of dog genetic health checks. Journee is CLEAR for 265 of 267 health conditions. Wisdom Panel detected 2 genetic variants in Journee’s DNA. She carries a single gene variant for two conditions which require two genes for a dog to be affected. Journee is not affected by these conditions, nor can she produce any affected offspring when bred to a dog that is CLEAR for the conditions. Kindred is CLEAR for these conditions.

Based on Wisdom Panel DNA testing, NO PUPPY IN THE LITTER CAN BE AFFECTED by any of the 267 tested conditions in the Wisdom Panel comprehensive health screen.

Puppies have received their full compliment of vaccinations (including Rabies), a full veterinary exam and Health Certificate. They have been routinely wormed and are microchipped and receiving monthly heartworm meds.

These puppies are crate trained and housebreaking is under way. They are sleeping through the night. They are accustomed to and well behaved when bathed, blow-dried, brushed and when receiving nail trims.

We are happy to offer some basic training before you pick up your puppy.

More Info About Our Puppies

We breed one (sometimes two) litters of puppies per year. Our primary intention is to produce future Service Dog candidates. Typically, one or two puppies from a litter are selected for Service Dog work. The average litter size is eight puppies. Approximately six puppies per litter will be available as companion /family pets. Please submit an application if you are interested in purchasing a puppy from our upcoming litter.

Selection and Purchase Specifics

Deposits are not refundable. We will not accept more deposits than pet puppies available in a current litter. However in the event that a puppy of the specified gender becomes unavailable due to a health issue or other concern, that deposit is refundable or transferable to a future litter.

Approved applicant is placed on the pick order list.
When the breeding is confirmed, we will send a note to all approved applicants. At that time, we will accept 4 deposits, only.
Companion Puppy selection order will be based on receipt of application date.
At 6 weeks gestation (which is when it’s possible to confirm a pregnancy), a note will be sent to all remaining approved applicants, asking if they are ready to acquire a puppy from the upcoming litter. If we don’t hear from you, we will not continue to bother you with updates.
When the pups arrive, the remaining short list of folks who replied to the pregnancy announcement email, will be contacted and invited to send a deposit on the remaining available puppies. At that time, we will also reserve pups we intend to retain for Service Dog placement.
If puppies remain available after all early applicants have had the opportunity to submit a deposit, then puppy selection order will be based on receipt of deposit, thereafter.
Puppies may leave our care at eight weeks of age. Please do not ask for an earlier pick-up date.

Puppies Are Unique Individuals

No criterion other than gender is guaranteed (including, but not limited to coat color, coat type, eye color, nose color, size, marking pattern etc…) nor can any other criterion be used to request a refund of deposit. If you are set on a specific puppy, it is prudent to submit an application early in the process. You will be able to see a photo of every puppy in the litter before you are offered the opportunity to submit a deposit. Photos will be updated approximately weekly.
